I've had problems with them 3 times, and they always insist that I tell them the PIN to my account whenever I try to get help. I felt the same way. I have not been able to access my account online for almost a month, and every time I call, they ask for my password. I just filed a complaint with the FCC online. I don't know if this is a coincidence, but about a month after signing up with VM, my credit card number was used to buy a plane ticket in India. Luckily, AMEX didn't let it go through and called me immediately.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
